Terms of Condition

Monvapers warrants to the original purchaser of our new products that all merchandise shall be free from original manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a 90-day limited manufacturer warranty period, starting from the date of purchase. This warranty applies exclusively to new products purchased from authorized Monvapers dealers and distributed with official warranty documentation. Refurbished, second-hand, or resold products are not eligible for this warranty coverage. Valid warranty service will be provided if defect-related service requests are submitted within the official warranty period and comply with the terms stated below.

Warranty Coverage Duration

The limited warranty period lasts for 90 calendar days from the official product purchase date. The valid purchase date is subject to the original order receipt and transaction record. Warranty coverage is only valid for the original purchaser and will terminate immediately if the product is resold, gifted, or transferred to a third party during the warranty period.

What This Warranty Covers

Within the 90-day warranty period, if official inspection confirms that the product fails to function properly due to original manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, Monvapers reserves the right to provide one of the following exclusive solutions at no cost to the customer:
1. Repair the defective product using new or refurbished qualified parts;
2. Replace the defective product with a new or functionally equivalent refurbished product.
All replaced products and components shall become the property of Monvapers and will not be returned to customers. Any repair or replacement service required after the expiration of the warranty period shall be fully borne by the customer, including all labor fees, component fees and handling fees. No free warranty service will be provided beyond the valid coverage term.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

To apply for official warranty inspection and after-sales service, customers need to provide valid original purchase records and submit a warranty claim through official channels. All products sent for inspection, repair or replacement must be properly packaged with original packaging or equivalent protective packaging to avoid secondary damage during transit. Incomplete packaging damage caused by customer negligence will not be covered by warranty benefits.

Warranty Valid Region

This limited manufacturer warranty is valid only for original purchasers located in the United States. This warranty does not apply to international orders, cross-border resold products, or products used outside the United States region.

Required Claim Documents & Evidence

To complete a valid warranty claim, customers must provide the original dated purchase receipt and any relevant evidence required for defect verification. Supporting materials may include product defect photos, usage scenario descriptions, order information, and other files that help evaluate the warranty application. Claims without complete and valid supporting documents will not be accepted for official inspection.

What This Warranty Does NOT Cover

This limited warranty does not cover any non-manufacturing defects and man-made damages, including but not limited to the following situations:
1. Product problems caused by commercial use, improper installation, manual debugging, or daily operational errors;
2. Cosmetic damage, surface scratches, or damage caused by force majeure factors including lightning strikes, fires, natural disasters and other external accidents;
3. Damage caused by accident, negligence, misuse, artificial abuse, or mismatched assembly and accessories;
4. Unauthorized product modification, structural alteration, or private disassembly; repair attempts conducted by non-official authorized personnel;
5. Product failure or damage caused by incorrect operation, improper maintenance, or failure to follow official usage guidelines;
6. Products sold “as-is”, defective inventory goods, or products with expired factory serial numbers;
7. Normal consumable loss and wear during daily use, which does not belong to manufacturing quality defects.
Official repair and replacement services stipulated by this warranty are the exclusive remedy for eligible defective products. Monvapers shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect or consequential losses caused by warranty breaches, including but not limited to product unavailability, lost profits, or usage losses. All implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for use are limited to the 90-day warranty period. No express or implied warranty benefits will take effect after the warranty expires.

Product Liability Insurance Terms

Monvapers products are covered by commercial product liability insurance. The insurance coverage period is consistent with the 90-day limited manufacturer warranty, effective from the date of original purchase. This insurance policy only applies to new products purchased from authorized channels and does not cover refurbished or second-hand products. All insurance claim standards are subject to the official 90-day warranty policy terms.

Insurance Coverage Scope

Product liability insurance is applicable to losses directly caused by verified manufacturing defects within the coverage period, including property damage and reasonable repair costs arising from product quality problems. All situations excluded by the manufacturer warranty policy are also not covered by the liability insurance.

Insurance Claim Rules

All insurance claims require complete and valid purchase proof and defect evidence. In accordance with burden of proof regulations, claimants must provide sufficient valid materials to support the insurance application.
1. Claims with insufficient evidence will be automatically closed;
2. Customers have 90 days from the case closing date to submit appeals and reopen reviews;
3. Each insurance claim is limited to a maximum of 2 appeals. No further review will be accepted after two denials unless new valid evidence is provided.
