Tax issues

Because e-cigarettes are sensitive products, we can only ship them via courier and pay the taxes and fees on our end. We will declare them to customs according to best practices. We are not responsible for any cases where goods are detained or additional taxes are levied in some countries due to customs duties.

Missing orders

If your order is lost in transit, please email us and we can send you a new one after checking.

Promotional items

After-sales service is only available at the normal price. Promotional items are non-refundable and non-reissued.

Returned goods

To return an item, you should mail it to the monvapers.com warehouse.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for the replacement to reach you may vary.

If you are returning a more expensive item, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
